When accepting drop-off returns using Redo/ReturnBear, there are 3 possible scenarios:
Customer has their return QR code
Customer has initiated their return online, but cannot retrieve their return QR code
Customer has not initiated their return prior to the store visit
The Redo/ReturnBear Drop-off App is equipped to handle scenarios 1 and 2. If scenario 3 is encountered, the customer should be informed that they should initiate a return on their own device. The customer can initiate a return on their device by navigating to the online store they purchased from and following the return initiation process on the website to receive the email containing their return QR code.
