Since Shopify operates as a “closed-cart” system, it forces Redo to show as a product within your store.
To hide Redo from showing up as a purchasable product, please complete the following instructions:
1. In Shopify, navigate to Products and then Collections. We will create a new collection that excludes the Redo product.
2. Name the new collection and set up a condition to exclude Redo. In this example, the new collection will display all items with a product title that is not equal to Free Return for Store Credit or Exchanges for $1.98 via re:do. Save the new collection.
Note: the Redo product may have a slightly different name in your store
3. Go to the Online Store sale channel and enter the Navigation setting. Here we will select and edit our menu options.
4. Edit a menu and change the collection reference.
5. Add the new collection reference and save changes.
