Returns from Cadillac Fairview (CF) drop-off points will be received in a box containing several canvas bags, each with their own QR code. In order to process these returns, the QR code on each of the canvas bags must be scanned.
To begin, scan the tracking ID found on the box in the Hub app, then:
Open the box and pull out the first canvas QR bag
Open the canvas QR bag and match the item(s) to the Short UID found in the Hub app
If the item(s) and Short UID match, process the return in the Redo admin
If the item(s) does not match the Short UID, follow the process for Undeclared items and contact us for assistance
When submitting the Support ticket, make sure to include the tracking ID, drop-off location, and all product information available, including pictures.
