Fulfillment Operations

From the Fulfillment Operations section of the Redo/ReturnBear Admin, you can take the following actions:

  • View an overview of outbound fulfillment requests, inbound, and unfulfillable items under Fulfillment Operations

  • View fulfillments currently in progress under In Progress

  • View fulfillments currently in transit under In Transit

  • View closed fulfillments under Closed

  • Schedule fulfillments under Schedule

  • Create a fulfillment by clicking on the Create Fulfillment button


In Progress

Under In Progress, you will be able to view all fulfillments currently being processed.

On the In Progress page, you will be able to see the following information for each fulfillment currently in progress:

  • Ship By date

  • Ship For

  • Type

  • Fulfillment Request

  • Fulfillment Order

  • Status

  • Active Users

Click into any fulfillment to view its details and resume the steps required in order to complete it. For more information, see Create Fulfillment.


In Transit

Under In Transit, you will be able to view all fulfillments currently in transit to merchants.

On the In Transit page, you will be able to see the following information for each fulfillment currently in transit:

  • Ship By date

  • Ship For

  • Type

  • Fulfillment Request

  • Fulfillment Order

  • Status

  • Active Users

Click into any fulfillment to view its details.


Closed

Under Closed, you will be able to view all closed and delivered fulfillments.

On the Closed page, you will be able to see the following information for each fulfillment considered closed:

  • Ship By date

  • Ship For

  • Type

  • Fulfillment Request

  • Fulfillment Order

  • Status

  • Active Users

Click into any fulfillment to view its details.


Schedule

Under Schedule, you can view a list of how fulfillments are scheduled by store or date. You can also view which stores do not yet have a schedule associated with their fulfillments by clicking on No Schedule.
