βSelect a business portfolio
If the business portfolio does not show: You may be a partial admin on the account you are trying to access or not logged in. To check if you are an admin go to Facebook > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Page setup > Page access and then click View.

Connect Facebook Page
βConnect the Instagram page
Ensure you selected the correct Facebook account.
If so, then check that your Facebook and Instagram pages are connected. To do so refer to this guide by Meta.
If they are connected, disconnect and reconnect the accounts
