The model scores every shopper on your site in real time using behavioral signals (pages viewed, time on site, cart actions, return visits) plus historical conversion patterns from your store. A high intent shopper passes through to standard checkout; a lower intent shopper may see a shipping discount or other incentive. That way you are not discounting shoppers who were already going to buy.
