You are billed on orders that complete checkout through Shopify. We do not bill on abandoned carts, test orders placed by your team, draft orders, or orders that are fully refunded and cancelled inside Shopify's standard cancellation window. If an order completes then later gets partially refunded, that order still counts as completed. We can reconcile any order you have a question about against the billing CSV.
