Issues scanning Redo/ReturnBear QR bags

If you're unable to scan Redo/ReturnBear QR bags or the bag counter isn't updating correctly after tapping I need another bag, follow these steps to make sure ReturnBear is able to accurately identify the returned items:

  1. On a piece of paper, write down the following information:

    • Order number

    • Return number (alphanumeric return ID)

    • Customer email address

    • Your location (where the return was dropped-off)

  2. Place the piece of paper inside the Redo/ReturnBear QR bag OR tape the piece of paper directly onto the product

    • If you are out of Redo/ReturnBear QR bags, follow these instructions to submit a replenishment order and use whatever other shipping materials you have on hand in the meantime

After this has been done, complete the return acceptance flow and place the returned item(s) in your location's dedicated holding area for Redo/ReturnBear return points. Be sure to mark the return as Ready for processing before attempting to create an outbound shipment.
