Sometimes when entering your login credentials into the Redo/ReturnBear App, a space gets automatically added at the end of your username and/or password. This may cause an error message to appear, which prevents a successful log in to the app.
If you find that you suddenly can't log in to the Redo/ReturnBear app, we recommend checking for and removing any spaces that have been added at the end of the username and/or password and trying to log in again.
