Receiving and fulfilling MFF orders at a Redo Hub

Updated over 2 weeks ago

What is MFF?

MFF stands for Forward Fulfillment. Redo's Order Fulfillment Service enables merchants to fulfill orders using returned merchandise from the Redo Hub nearest to their customer.

Receiving a MFF order

If an order is placed on a merchant's store and the inventory is available at a Redo Hub, an email will be sent to all of the associates at the Hub responsible for fulfilling MFF orders.

The email will contain information about the order and a link to view the fulfillment.

Click View Fulfillment to begin fulfilling the MFF order.

Fulfilling MFF orders

After clicking View Fulfillment in the Fulfillment Request email, you will be brought to the MFF app's login page:

Log in using your usual Redo/ReturnBear credentials.

After logging in, you will view the Fulfill page of the MFF app which displays the following details:

  • Items to pick (SKU, Quantity, Location)

  • Customer information

  • Shipping label preview

  • Tracking Number

Click Print Shipping Label to print the shipping label using your device's print dialog box. Set the printed shipping label aside.

When printing the shipping label, make sure it is printed on 4x6 paper.

Next, click View Outbound Shipment (in Hub App) at the top of the Fulfill page to be brought directly to the fulfillment with the inventory that needs to be picked in the Hub app.

Click Pack Fulfillment.

After clicking Pack Fulfillment, the Shipment Created modal appears.

Click Print Shipment ID to print the Shipment ID and affix it to the box, then scan the Shipment ID into the Hub app.

After scanning the Shipment ID, you will be shown the Scan Inventory Item modal which displays the item(s) to be fulfilled.

Locate the item(s) and scan the item's Inventory Item ID into the Hub app. Repeat this for as many items are in the order.

Once each item's Inventory Item ID has been scanned, the Close Shipment modal appears.

Scan the Shipment ID into the Hub app to finalize and close the shipment.

Next, on the Complete modal select the carrier and tracking number based on the shipping label and information presented on the MFF App's Fulfill page.

You can also scan the shipping label displayed in the MFF App's barcode to add the tracking number to the Hub App's Complete modal.

Finalizing the box for outbound shipment

Use a 16 x 12 x 6 box and place the item(s) into the box. Seal the box with clear packing tape and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

Marking MFF orders as Fulfilled

Once the MFF order has been prepared and is awaiting courier pickup, return to the MFF App and click Mark as Fulfilled. The status will update to CLOSED.
