This guide explains the "License Plating" workflow. This step is for items that have already been verified elsewhere in the Redo network. Your job is to confirm the contents of the RMA to complete the inventory transfer, print a final warehouse license plate, and sort the package to its next destination.
Step 1: Scan the RMA
Start on the Process screen.
Scan the RMA barcode on the package.
The system will load the License Plating screen. You will see a list of all items expected to be in the package.
Confirm Item(s) Presence
You must now open the package and confirm that the physical items match the items on the screen. For each item, take the appropriate action:
If the item is present: Click the green β Received button for that item.
If an item is missing: If an item is listed on the screen but is not physically in the package, click the red Not Found button for that specific item.
If you have extra items: If you find items in the package that are not listed on the screen, click the Item(s) Not Listed button (located at the bottom of the list).
Once you have accounted for all items, click the Done, Print License Plate button to proceed.
Print and Affix New License Plate
After clicking "Done," you will be prompted to print the new label.
A print dialog will appear. Print the new License Plate sticker.
The screen will advance to the Pack tab.
Place all the confirmed items into a new, clear warehouse polybag.
Affix the new License Plate sticker you just printed to the bottom left corner of the new bag.
Scan and Sort
On the Pack screen, use your scanner to scan the new License Plate on the bag.
The system will automatically move to the Sort tab and show you the final destination for the package.
Place the newly bagged and labeled package into the correct physical sort bin. The destination will vary:
Sort to WAREHOUSE: (If all items were present)
Sort to PROCESS ISSUE: (If items were marked "Not Found" or "Item(s) Not Listed")
You will see a "Success!" message, and the system will return to the scan screen, ready for the next package.
