Contacting a merchant about your Redo return

If you are a customer of a merchant using Redo and you need help with your return, then you need to contact that merchant directly. They will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding your return with them.

Merchants have complete access to your order information and return details. They can:

  • Resend any emails related to your return, including those containing either your QR code or shipping label

  • Check on the status of your return

  • Check on the status of your refund, gift card for store credit, or exchange

  • Assist with requests to modify the details of your return

  • Assist if you are having trouble creating a return request

In most cases, you can get in touch with a merchant by using any of the following methods:

  • Replying to your original order confirmation email

  • Sending an email to the merchant's email address

  • Using a contact form found on the merchant's website

  • Sending the merchant a message over social media
