How to access the Email Builder

Where to access the email builder and what to do if the page won’t load

For merchants using Redo Marketing.


Before you start

  • Confirm Marketing is enabled for your store

  • Use a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge) on the latest version

Note: If you don’t see Marketing in your sidebar, contact your onboarding specialist or support@getredo.com


Where to access the email builder

You can open the email builder in three places:

  • Campaigns — Open a draft and click Edit design

  • Automations — Add a Send email step, then click Create

  • Email library — Open an existing template or Create template


Quick troubleshooting if the page won’t load

  • Hard refresh your browser (Shift + Reload)

  • Clear cookies and cache for app.getredo.com

  • Try an incognito/private window

  • Disable ad blockers or browser extensions temporarily

  • Reduce browser zoom to 100%

  • Switch networks (sometimes office firewalls block scripts)

  • Test on another browser to confirm if it’s browser-specific


FAQs

Why does the builder sometimes load slowly?

Large templates with many blocks or high-res images take longer to initialize. Break content into smaller templates when possible.

Do I need special permissions to use the builder?

Yes. Only users with Marketing enabled and access to campaigns/automations can use the builder.

Can I recover unsaved changes after a page crash?

No. Always click Save as draft frequently while editing.
