FAQs
Why don’t I see Tracking info or Order summary?
Those blocks require an order with shipment data. Use a recent order in the preview
selector or send a test tied to a real order.
Can I use my brand fonts and colors?
Yes. Configure them in Settings > Brand kit and new blocks will inherit those defaults.
Do product blocks pull from my store catalog?
Yes. Product information comes from your connected store catalog. You can select which products to display in the block.
Why does the layout look different on mobile?
Email clients stack columns and apply their own spacing rules. Use Column and Spacer blocks thoughtfully and test with the mobile preview.
