Before you start
Confirm Marketing is enabled for your store
Make sure you have permission to view customer data
Note: If you don’t see Marketing in your sidebar, contact your onboarding specialist or support@getredo.com
View contacts for a specific segment
Go to Marketing > Email & SMS > Segments
Click the segment you want to view
Open Contacts to see the members of that segment
Tip: Use the search bar on Contacts to view certain entries
See your full customer list
Go to Marketing > Email & SMS > Audience
View totals for contactable customers and subscription eligibility
Use the search bar to find specific customers

What’s the difference between Segments and Audience?
Audience shows your full customer list and eligibility counts. Segments are filtered groups you define and are the best place to review or export targeted lists.
Can I export from Audience?
Export is available from a segment’s Contacts view. Create a segment that matches what you want to export, then use Export.
Why does a segment show fewer contacts than Audience?
Segments apply filters you set (for example, email-eligible only, recent purchasers, region). Audience includes everyone who meets your account’s eligibility, while each segment is a subset based on your rules.
