Importing and Exporting Customer Lists

How to import customer lists with Redo’s help and how to export contacts from a segment

For merchants using Redo Marketing.


Before you start

  • Confirm Marketing is enabled for your store

  • Make sure you have permission to handle customer data exports and imports

  • Create or identify the segment you want to work with

Note: If you don’t see Marketing in your sidebar, contact your onboarding specialist or support@getredo.com


Importing customer lists

Imports are typically handled by Redo during onboarding, not self-serve in the app. If you need to import customer lists after initial onboarding, contact your onboarding specialist (or support@getredo.com) and they will help you through the process.


Exporting customer lists

  1. Go to Marketing > Email & SMS > Segments

  2. Click the segment you want to export

  3. Open Contacts

  4. Click Export

  5. A CSV downloads to your computer with the segment’s current contacts

Tip: Use the search bar on Contacts to spot-check a few entries before exporting
