Before you start
Confirm Marketing is enabled for your store
Make sure you have permission to handle customer data exports and imports
Create or identify the segment you want to work with
Note: If you don’t see Marketing in your sidebar, contact your onboarding specialist or support@getredo.com
Importing customer lists
Imports are typically handled by Redo during onboarding, not self-serve in the app. If you need to import customer lists after initial onboarding, contact your onboarding specialist (or support@getredo.com) and they will help you through the process.
Exporting customer lists
Go to Marketing > Email & SMS > Segments
Click the segment you want to export
Open Contacts
Click Export
A CSV downloads to your computer with the segment’s current contacts
Tip: Use the search bar on Contacts to spot-check a few entries before exporting
