How to Schedule a Campaign

How to schedule a draft email (or SMS) campaign to send at a future date and time

For merchants using Redo Marketing.


Before you start

  • Create and save your campaign draft (subject, content, etc.)

  • Confirm your included and excluded segments look right

Note: If you don’t see Marketing in your sidebar, contact your onboarding specialist or support@getredo.com.


Schedule your campaign

  1. Open your draft


    Go to Marketing > Email & SMS > Campaigns, then click the draft you want to schedule.

  2. Open the scheduling tab


    In the editor, select Schedule or send campaign (top-right).

  3. Choose “Schedule campaign”


    In the panel, pick Schedule campaign (instead of Send now).

  4. Set date & time

    • Choose the date

    • Choose the time (or select custom time to set an exact send time)

  5. Confirm


    Click Schedule campaign. You’ll see the scheduled date/time on the campaign.

Tip: Send yourself a test first to double-check links and images. Small content tweaks are common—schedule after your final test.


FAQs

Can I send it immediately instead?


Yes, choose Send now.

Does scheduling work for SMS campaigns too?


Yes. Open your SMS draft and follow the same steps.

Why does the scheduled send show 0 recipients?


Your draft may not have Included segments selected, or your filters exclude everyone. Add/adjust segments, save, and check again.
