Does Reclaim work with PayPal?
Yes. PayPal disputes are supported. Merchants connect their PayPal account in the Disputes tab (there's a direct link in the onboarding flow). Once connected, Reclaim handles PayPal disputes the same way it handles Shopify Payments disputes.
How does the PayPal integration work technically?
Once the merchant connects their PayPal account, Reclaim gets read/write access to their PayPal dispute queue. Evidence is submitted directly through PayPal's Disputes API. The merchant sees it reflected in their Redo dashboard and in PayPal.
