We only win when you win. There is a 25% success fee of recovered revenue, only on disputes we win. If we don't win, the merchant pays nothing. No monthly fee, no activation fee.

What counts as a 'win'?

A win is a dispute resolved in the merchant's favor: the chargeback is reversed and funds are returned. We only charge our fee when that happens.

When does the merchant get charged?

After a dispute is resolved in their favor. The 25% fee is collected from the recovered amount.
