What is Reclaim?

Updated today

What does Reclaim do, in simple terms?

Reclaim automatically fights chargebacks on behalf of merchants. When a dispute comes in, it pulls the merchant's order data, tracking history, return records, and customer communication, builds an evidence packet, and submits it to the card network before the deadline. Merchants don't have to do anything manually.

How is Reclaim different from a merchant doing it themselves?

A merchant doing it manually has to track deadlines, gather evidence from multiple places, format it correctly for each card network, and submit it through Shopify or PayPal. Most don't have the bandwidth for that, so they let disputes go.

Reclaim does all of it automatically. The edge Redo has specifically: because Reclaim is built into the same platform that handles returns, tracking, and customer support, it pulls evidence other tools can't access. Returns history and customer conversations are already in Redo.

Is Reclaim a separate product from Redo?

No. It lives in the Redo dashboard. Merchants access it by clicking the $ icon in the left sidebar to go to the Disputes tab.
