What’s customizable in the Customer widget?
Core appearance and behavior available in Settings > Customer widget
Visibility and placement options depending on your theme and pages
Basic styling options designed to match your storefront look and feel
Live preview in the settings panel so you can see changes before publishing
How to customize the widget
Go to Settings > Customer widget
Turn the widget On if it’s disabled
Adjust the available appearance and behavior options in the panel
Use the preview to verify changes
Click Save and refresh your storefront to confirm the update
FAQs
Can I upload my own chat bubble icon?
Not yet. The V2 widget uses a standard launcher icon so experiences remain consistent across storefronts.
