Full Transcript (click the arrow below):

0:00 Hi, this is Max, and this video is to go over two tabs within the settings dropdown in Redo. The first tab is "Communication," and the second tab will be "Locations."

0:10 The "Communication" tab is very straightforward. You'll simply need to input your company name followed by a customer support email address. This email is used for all automatic communication with your customers. Moving on to the "Locations" tab, we automatically import the main return shipping address from Shopify here.

0:29 If that needs to be edited, use the pencil icon at the top. If it needs to be deleted, use the garbage can icon. To add a new location, click on "Add New Address." Here you can set up conditions for the new location.

0:42 Perhaps you only want certain product tags to be shipped here or only damaged items. Once that's selected, you have a few options to add the location address. The "Local Only" and "Shop Location" would be imported directly from Shopify. If you do need a custom location, you can click on the last option here.

Locations Tab

This tab allows management of shipping addresses for returns:

    • Delete: Use the garbage can icon.

  • Adding New Locations:

    1. Click Add New Address.

    2. Set specific conditions, such as:

      • Product tags (e.g., damaged items only).

    3. Choose from:
