How to set up the Redo live chat

Start by navigating to Redo > Settings > General > Customer Widget

You can start by navigating to Redo > Settings > General > Customer. If you have a custom storefront and need a script tag, please reach out to Redo support.


Customizing Look & Feel

In the display settings, you can edit basic color scheme, position, text, font, and more. If you want to perform custom CSS, scroll to the bottom and select "advanced settings" and put your custom code there.


Quick links

Quick links redirect the customer to the linked page from the main view


Actions

Customers will be able to view specific actions when they search their orders, this allows them to take actions on their order to save your team time!


Now that you've customized the home page, what happens when they select the "chat with us" button?

You have 2 options -
1) AI, which you can see how to set up here
2) Contact form/live chat

To set up the second option, go to chat automation underneath support in settings.
