Managing return labels efficiently is key to keeping your returns process smooth and flexible. From your returns dashboard, you can now create, edit, and manage multiple return labels with ease.

With just a few clicks, you can:

  • Create new return labels

  • Edit existing labels

  • Switch between label formats (including QR code options)

  • Get real-time, transparent pricing updates

Whether you're shipping multiple boxes, correcting weights or addresses, or simply making quick edits, the label tools are designed to support your workflow.


πŸ›  How to Edit a Return Label

  1. Go to the return in your dashboard.

  2. Locate the return label section on the right-hand side.

  3. Click Edit Label.

  4. You can update the following:

    • Return address

    • Destination location

    • Package weight (rates update automatically)

    • Carrier and service (e.g., switch to USPS Ground Advantage with QR code)

  5. Review any pricing differences.

  6. Click Create Label to apply changes. The new label will replace the old one.

  7. Download the updated label and/or QR code, and re-send to the customer if needed.


πŸ“¦ Creating an Additional Return Label

Need more than one label for the same return?

  1. Click Add Label from the return view.

  2. Fill in:

    • Weight

    • Address

    • Carrier and service (match the first label or choose a new one)

  3. Review the price (this will be reflected in your invoice).

  4. Click Create Label.

  5. The new label appears in the return timeline, and you can toggle between labels as needed.

  • Each new label will show its cost before you confirm.

  • Pricing is clearly tied to your next invoice.

  • All labels remain associated with the original return and tracked within the return dashboard.
