To add Redo's Customer Support chat widget to your site, please use the following instructions:
In the Redo app, go to Settings > Customer Widget, then toggle on the support widget under the Enable the customer widget in the App Embed setting.
Ensure the Redo App Embed is enabled in your Shopify theme. If the app embed is disabled, the Redo app widget will not appear on your site.

Redo's Concierge product is an additional app block that can be added to your Product Detail Page. The Concierge is an AI support product that analyzes your product titles and descriptions, then helps answer shoppers' questions when they are choosing whether to purchase the item.
To add the Concierge app block to your PDP, use the following instructions:
In your Shopify theme editor, go to the Products template.
Add the Redo Concierge Product Form App Block to let shoppers ask product-specific questions.
You can customize the background color, button text color, button text, font size, border radius, and placeholder text of the widget directly from the app block.
