The following provides instructions on how to add the Shopify app block for Returns coverage on your checkout page. Please note that to add the checkout app block at Checkout, you’ll need to be on Shopify Plus.
To add this block:
Go to your Shopify theme editor and select the theme where you want to enable Redo.
In the Checkout and Customer Accounts template, add the Redo Checkout App Block to display the free returns toggle at checkout.
Within the app block, you can customize the following:
Block business accounts – Choose whether to automatically remove this app block when a business account is purchasing from your site.
Hide image – choose whether to display the image/logo on the app block
Toggle alignment – choose whether the checkbox to select/deselect coverage appears on the right or left side of the app block.
To configure the text, logo, and display settings, please reference the Redo Coverage Settings inside the Redo app.
Make sure the App Embed for Redo is enabled under App Embeds. If it is not enabled, you won’t be able to see coverage on your site.
